The hotel had a charming aesthetic, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, the noise level was bothersome, especially at night, and the lack of a bar or restaurant was disappointing. Overall, a decent choice for its location but not without its flaws.

Stylish and modern rooms with a convenient location that's a quick walk to Union Square. The staff, especially Lovely and Rachel, were incredibly accommodating, ensuring our stay was delightful. Just a heads up, the street noise can be challenging for light sleepers. Overall, a great spot for a city retreat!

I adored the charming decor of Palihotel San Francisco. it felt inviting yet elegant. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, making it easy for me to navigate the hotel and enjoy my stay without any stress....  

The Queen Room was spacious, clean, and stylish. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the Diptique shower products. The bathroom had good space and features, but the sink could definitely use a towel rack. The coffee setup in the room was nice too, but replacing the pods would be cool. Overall, it had a fresh vibe, but a bit more functionality in the bathroom would help.

We explored TheBerlinetta Lounge and enjoyed a night out at the edge of Nob Hill, both just a short walk away. The hotel has a neat design and is super clean. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit....  

The location was fantastic, just steps from Union Square! 🌆 Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and great coffee options, but the room felt smaller than expected. Would definitely come back for the warm vibes!

The Palihotel has a great location, sitting right next to Chinatown and Union Square. I appreciated the charming decor throughout the hotel, creating a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and really eager to help, especially with recommendations for local spots. My room was clean and quite stylish, offering a nice retreat after exploring the city. I particularly enjoyed the touches like the well-stocked minibar and quality toiletries. However, the bathroom design could use some work. the sink splashed water everywhere, and there wasn’t a towel rack, which made things a bit inconvenient. Also, I felt that the elevator service could be more accessible especially for guests with mobility issues. Although the coffee machine in the room wasn’t the best, the complimentary coffee on the second floor helped. Despite these minor quirks, the overall vibe of the place made my stay enjoyable.

Would definitely recommend for a holiday.
